If you have forgotten your password or are experiencing password difficulties we can send you a new, generated password via email. We can not send your current password, because, interestingly enough -- we don't have it anywhere! For security reasons, all passwords are stored as one-way encrypted names. So, the best we can do is to send you a new password.
After you receive your new generated password, LOGIN to Name-Keeper using the new password. After logging in, click the button labeled Change my profile. This will allow you to change the generated password to a new, personal password of your choice!
